All Negative Events are
Blessings in Disguise.
Some of us live with the belief that bad things happen
for no good reason. But the plan does have a purpose. If you let it, it
will teach you and guide you to higher levels of awareness of yourself and
those around you.
Everything that has happened to us in the past, every
incident and problem with people, all have an emotional component that needs
to be looked back on or retraced, looked, confronted or faced, replaced and
then raised.
We need to look back, or step back and retraced our
steps back to the start of this emotional challenge. Then when we look at
the incident, owning up to its reality is part of our past. We need to
become fully aware of the influence and impact it has had on our life.
Then, using EFT we look at the incident from a
perspective which allows us to replace our negative things with positive
ones. We take control of our lives by choosing our interpretations.
It is not what happens to you; it is how you look at what has happened to
you, and that enables you to embrace your disowned past, and
disconnect yourself from the clutches of your thoughts about other people.
The only thing that stops us from being our
whole, authentic self is fear. Our fear tells us that we can’t
fulfil our dreams; our fear tells us not to take risks. It stops us from
enjoying our deepest treasures; it keeps us from living in the middle of
life instead of embracing the whole range; it keeps us numb, blocks us from
the joy and excitement of life. In this fear we create situations in life
to prove to ourselves that our limitations are true.
To overcome that, we have to look at it, confront it,
and replace it. Then we can embrace it and see it for what it really was.
Once you’ve done that, you can choose not to be scared any more.
